Menara Segar
ABOUT US: Menara Segar Sdn Bhd ( MSSB ) was established on 11th May 1993 and became operational in 1995. Previously based in Taman Selat (Butterworth) and Bandar Sunway (Seberang Jaya), MSSB branch office and headquarters is now relocated to Pusat Bandar Bertam Perdana (Kepala Batas) and Penanti (Bukit Mertajam) respectively. The focus of services by Menara Segar was to do transport and traffic related studies for private and government agencies. These studies included Traffic Impact Assessments for private sectors and Local Plan Transport Studies for Jabatan Perancang Bandar dan Desa (JPBD) now called PLANMalaysia. MSSB also actively involved herself in project management works when she participated in the construction of low-cost M-Panel houses for Penang Regional Authority (PERDA) in 1997. MSSB also provided engineering consultancy work for Bank Persatuan Berhad development arm Pembangunan BPSP Sdn Bhd for their land development scheme in Kepala Batas. Throughout the years 200...
